5 Lee Place is an artists three double bedroom Victorian seaside town house situated near the harbour in the north Devon town of Ilfracombe. The house is for Holiday letting throughout summer and winter. With just a ten minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe and on the edge of Exmoor's unspoiled National Park, it offers a perfect getaway for family and friends with plenty of seaside activity or if you just want a quiet break from the bustle of everyday routine.
The house itself offers a six person sleeping arrangement and has gas central heating, a view of the sea from the top floor front bedroom and a minutes' walk from the harbour.
Good restaurants and local pubs are all in walking distance from the house.
